Composition

 Great 66 sqm apartment, optimized renovation on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard. It consists of:

On the grounfloor: 

  • Separate kitchen equipped with microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, kettle, teapot, and everything needed for cooking.
  • Living / dining room with sofa bed 140 cm sleeping 2 people, a coffee table, a HD TV, internet and cupboard
  • dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. Buffet.
  • First bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe and bedside. Courtyard side
  • Second bedroom with window overlooking the living room, bed 160 x 200cm. Dressing.
  • A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

In the basement, a completely renovated souplex, accessible by a beautiful staircase:

The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.

 

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Great location. The apartment is lovely and the
spa style bathroom was amazing. The smaller bathroom with WC and shower is a bit tight for a large person. But overall this is a comfortable updated apartment and extremely convenient to
restaurants, pharmacy and retail. My second time
staying here. And I loved it! Paris Autrement is always my first choice - professional and dependable.

Il manque de la vaisselle et des verres , éponges et torchons. Le lave vaisselle lave très mal et ne sèche pas.

Je regrette que l'armoire dans une des chambres n'est pas été terminée à bâtir. Les étagères auraient été utilisées. Je suggère que vous remplaciez le lavabos pour un plus petit dans les toilettes. Un lavabos qui ne prenne pas autant d'espace dans la pièce. Je pense qu'un jour un de vos clients risque de faire tomber le lavabos en s'appuyant dessus afin de s'aider à se relever des toilettes.

June 2018/ We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. The neighborhood has everything you need: a subway stop, a grocery store, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is right by the Pompidou and walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with amenities. Its location on the ground level was convenient and the gated building was secure

October 2018/ Extremely central to all the main attractions of Paris, while also out of the main tourist areas. Fantastic shops just outside and everything you need in the unit.

December 2017 / Communication was great - we needed the flat very quickly and he responded immediately and sorted everything with the greeter (who was also very friendy and helpful) within an hour of first getting in touch! The location was superb with the centre of Paris within easy walking distance and the street was full of late night food shops and eateries. The flat was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children with no decent window views but very quiet as within a courtyard building off the main street. Metro stations a few minutes away and accessible by taxi. The flat was very clean and kitchen had all equipment needed. The price was fairly high but I guess related to its location.
